A course to understand how people of color and minorities are affected in schools, there work place so that change can be made within different schools, companies and organization This course is for groups up to 10-30 people offer in person and virtually in the state of MN. The course is only offer virtually for all other states but can be negotiated if there is interest for in person services. This course will enhance mindfulness and help build trust and rapport while learning how to teach culturally.
